Maître Pauline PIETROIS-CHABASSIER holds several diplomas obtained in France and the United States. In 2010, she obtained a double degree in French law and Anglo-American law, with a specialization in “public and private law” from the University of Paris Ouest La Défense. In 2011 and 2012, she successively obtained a Master 1 and a Master 2 in European law, with a specialization in “Anglo-American, international and European law”.
In 2012, she was awarded a Master of Laws (LL.M.), in “US and Comparative Law” from the American university Fordham University School of Law, in New York, United States, with honors (Magna Cum Laude). Continuing her studies, she took the oath of office in January 2013 at the New York Bar, after passing her exam in 2012. In March 2014, she took the oath of office at the Versailles Bar, which she has not left since. She remains a lawyer to this day at both the Versailles Bar and the New York Bar.
Maître Pauline PIETROIS-CHABASSIER worked with the LMC Partenaires firm between February 2014 and September 2015, then she assisted the firm of Mr. Bâtonnier Frédéric LANDON from January 2016 to September 2016. Since then, she has opened her own law firm in VERSAILLES, moving from Rue Hoche to Boulevard de la Reine in VERSAILLES (78). Maître PIETROIS-CHABASSIER was a prizewinner of the VERSAILLES Bar Conference in 2014, an eloquence competition rewarding the most eloquent young lawyers. Since that date, she has been Former Secretary of the VERSAILLES Bar Conference. Maître PIETROIS-CHABASSIER has been working in the field of psychiatry (involuntary hospitalizations, care programs, isolation, restraint, compensation procedures, USIP/UMD placement) since 2017. She joined the Commission for Compulsory Hospitalizations and Vulnerable Adults in 2023 within the VERSAILLES Bar. The same year, she joined the office of the Association of Lawyers, Rights and Psychiatry. She held the role of Secretary and campaigned for the development of psychiatric law.
Maître PIETROIS-CHABASSIER works throughout France. She recently successfully worked in Paris, Bordeaux and Nice. After having invested a lot in criminal law, Maître PIETROIS-CHABASSIER focused specifically on the defense of victims, whether in the context of criminal trials or personal injury, or that of the protection order before the family court judge, in Versailles, but also in other Bars (Paris, Evry, Créteil, Nanterre, Evreux etc.). She also trained in medical liability law in order to offer her clients comprehensive support. With more than 10 years of experience on the subject, Maître PIETROIS-CHABASSIER intervenes in family law, whether in the context of requests following a separation or divorce proceedings, and also in the context of educational assistance proceedings, before the juvenile judge.
