Dr. Abhishek, Partner, Lex Terrae, is involved in Court Representations before Courts and other Legal Forums and also involved in Corporate Advisory and Legal Compliance for Corporations. He possess immense professional expertise in Court Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Corporate Advisory, and Compliance Management.

Dr. Abhishek is an accomplished Advocate with a distinguished academic record, having secured 1st Rank and Gold Medal in Postgraduate Law Degree Examinations  (LLM) and 3rd Rank in Undergraduate Law Degree Examinations (B.A.LLB). Currently practising as an Advocate and Legal Consultant, he is involved in Court Representations Courts and other Legal Forums and also involved in Corporate Advisory and Legal Compliance for Corporations.  He is a licensed Advocate enrolled with Karnataka State Bar Council and  possess Certificate of Practice as issued by Bar Council of India.  He is also a member of the Bangalore Advocates Association.

He also holds a Ph.D. in Law with a strong portfolio of research publications and extensive experience in managing research projects in collaboration with State Governments, Educational  Institutions  in India and in other nations as well and has also successfully conducted training and capacity building programs for Government Officials and Civil Servants on various areas of Laws and Legal Procedures of India.

Prior to his current position as Advocate and Legal Consultant,  he  was associated with premier Law Schools of India and Private Law Institutions as Teaching and Research Faculty and has successfully conducted classes to various Law and Management Programs for a period of  5 years  consistently earning high student feedback for excellence in pedagogy and mentorship.
