Vanshita has completed her B. Com. from Delhi University and LL.B. from Lloyd School of Law, Greater Noida. She joined Lex Terrae as an Associate in February 2026, following a pre-placement offer through an internship with the firm.

 At Lex Terrae, she assists with licensing and regulatory compliance for clients in the hospitality sector. Her work includes legal research on company law, the Food Safety and Standards Act and state-specific regulations, and the drafting of RTI applications, legal opinions, fact sheets and compliance documents.

 During law school, she interned with law firms in litigation, arbitration and corporate practice. In litigation, she experienced drafting replies, applications, counter-affidavits, petitions and SLPs.  She also researched the SARFAESI Act, the Arbitration Act, and the Transfer of Property Act.

For arbitration matters, she assisted in drafting legal notices and statements of claim and defense.

 On the corporate side, she assisted in legal due diligence across company, tax, IPR and technology law for a company preparing for an IPO, worked on Legal Metrology compliance, and assisted in drafting replies, deeds, and agreements.
